Overseas Wholesale business

We sell Japanese food ingredients imported from Japan and other countries
to Japanese supermarkets and Japanese restaurants overseas.
In addition to our own products, we also handle products from other companies, providing products
that meet the needs of our customers in a timely manner and with the meticulous service of Japanese standards.
Currently, we have local subsidiaries in Singapore (Okamura Trading Singapore),
Malaysia (Xenka Trading), and Taiwan (Okamura Trading Taiwan).

  • Providing Japanese quality in Singapore with our own ultra-low temperature container warehouse

    Okamura Trading Singapore was established in Singapore in 2015 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Okamura Foods Industries and is the core company of our overseas wholesale business. Okamura Trading Singapore is the only company in Singapore that has its own ultra-low temperature container warehouse (-60°C), which enables it to deliver products to customers through its own distribution network while maintaining the same high quality level as those in Japan. For example, the company is able to provide high-end sushi items such as tuna, southern bluefin tuna, and seafood, for which temperature control is critical, thanks to the ultra-low-temperature container warehouse storage and Japanese-quality management.

  • Establishing a sales base in Malaysia and offering halal-certified products

    Xenka Trading has been a wholly owned subsidiary of Okamura Food Industries since 2018. The company offers a wide range of halal-certified products to meet the demand for Japanese food from a wide range of consumers.

  • Established an overseas subsidiary in Taiwan, which has a promising market.

    Okamura Trading Taiwan was established in Taipei in November 2021 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Okamura Food Industries. We believe that the market in Taiwan is very promising, with many pro-Japanese people, a population of approximately 23 million, and a high income level, with a per capita GDP higher than that of Japan and South Korea.
