Domestic Processing Business

The domestic processing business involves the processing
and sale of fish roe (salmon roe, musuko, and herring roe) products.
This business has continued since our founding in 1971.
Our fish-raising, processing, and preservation technologies enable us to deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality products
that meet the needs of our customers around the world.

Processing of salmon roe, musuko, herring roe, and other products in Aomori Prefecture

The processing bases are the No. 1 and No. 2 Plants, which are attached to the Company's Aomori Head Office.
The first factory mainly manufactures herring roe products. During the Aomori salmon landing season from April to June, primary processing of Aomori salmon is also carried out here. The second factory processes salmon roe and musuko. In addition to Danish salmon trout roe farmed by subsidiary Musholm, North American trout roe and red salmon roe are used as raw materials.
Sold to mass merchandisers and other retailers in Japan
Exports to overseas are also increasing

Sales are mainly to domestic supermarkets and restaurants, but recently exports to major conveyor-belt sushi chains in the Asian region have been increasing. In order to support overseas sales, our factory has acquired and registered the following certifications
