In order to supply healthy seafood to the people of the world in a responsible way with respect for nature.

All sea food must be continuous and we believe that we must continue to supply it to the world. The fisheries industry is said to be a declining industry in Japan. However, it is a growing industry overseas. We think the two factors hindering growth are unstable supply and a decrease in consumption.
We conduct our business with the aspiration of realizing the growing industry of fisheries in Japan by going ahead with sustainable aquaculture such as ASC and promoting sales in the expanding Asian market.

Contributing to Local Communities through Japan’s First Large-Scale Salmon-Farming Business

In 2015, we started the first large-scale trout salmon farming aquaculture in Japan in Aomori Prefecture, utilizing the technology we have developed through our Danish aquaculture business. Since then, we have been increasing production volume every year, while at the same time improving quality by focusing on the color of the salmon meat, which is the most attractive feature of salmon, and have received high praise from customers in Japan and abroad. We are contributing to the revitalization of local communities by creating many jobs through the growth of the salmon farming business.

Realizing Japanese quality through the teamwork

We have succeeded in transferring the quality control and production know-how for safety and security that we have cultivated over 50 years in the domestic seafood processing business since our founding to our partner plant in Vietnam and our own plant in Myanmar. We are able to meet the high demands of our customers with the teamwork of our Japanese managers and local employees. In addition, we have been able to achieve the same high level of service in our overseas wholesale business in Singapore, Malaysia, and Taiwan. We support the success of our customers who are expanding from Japan by replicating the Japanese quality of our services and products.
